At Ateeq Perfumes, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth, reliable, and satisfying shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions for delivery, returns, and exchanges.


GENERAL TERMS

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date the customer receives the order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Product serial numbers, barcodes, and safety seals must not be tampered with.
  • Any promotional gifts included with the purchase must be returned in their original condition.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Cash on delivery payments will be refunded via bank transfer.
  • Card payments will be refunded to the same card used for purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.
  • Delivery, COD, and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Oil blends
  • Incense wood
  • Customized or special blends
  • Unsealed products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
  • Ateeq Perfumes will bear return and replacement shipping costs.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Our team will respond within 48 hours.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Accurate address required.
  • Orders ship except Fridays and public holidays.
  • Delivery within 5 business days (estimate).
