GENERAL TERMS
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date the customer receives the order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- Product serial numbers, barcodes, and safety seals must not be tampered with.
- Any promotional gifts included with the purchase must be returned in their original condition.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Cash on delivery payments will be refunded via bank transfer.
- Card payments will be refunded to the same card used for purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.
- Delivery, COD, and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used perfumes
- Oil blends
- Incense wood
- Customized or special blends
- Unsealed products
- Items damaged due to misuse
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- Must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
- Ateeq Perfumes will bear return and replacement shipping costs.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
RETURN PROCESS

- Our team will respond within 48 hours.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
DELIVERY POLICY
- Accurate address required.
- Orders ship except Fridays and public holidays.
